Science, stated plainly

What the wave
can and cannot promise.

NeuraWaves uses binaural carriers, layered masking sounds, and ritual cues to support focus, rest, and transitions. It is not a medical device, diagnosis tool, or treatment for ADHD, tinnitus, insomnia, anxiety, or any clinical condition.

Binaural beats

Two slightly different tones are sent to the left and right ear. The perceived difference is the beat frequency. Headphones are required for clean stereo separation.

Sound masking

Rain, water, wind, noise, and room tone can make distracting sounds less noticeable. That effect is practical and immediate, even when neural claims are uncertain.

Ritual and attention

A named session, a timer, and a recap can help users mark a protected block. The product measures behavior, not brain state.

How to use it
Use it as a listening practice, not a medical intervention.
Use headphones
For binaural sessions, each ear needs its own channel. Speakers still play the soundscape, but not the binaural carrier as intended.
Start gently
Use subtle or medium carrier intensity until you know what feels comfortable. Stop if a sound causes discomfort.
Track outcomes
Judge the product by completed minutes, interruptions, sleep routine consistency, and how you feel afterward.
Not a medical product
NeuraWaves can support a focus or rest ritual. It should not replace medical care, therapy, hearing care, or prescribed treatment.
